	Our condo has easy access to the pool, spa, tennis, and our Genesis Life Center. The screened Lanai (porch) is the perfect outdoor relaxation place to read the morning paper or have evening cocktails!
	There is a floor to ceiling mirrored wall with a comfortable leather couch in the living room for you to sink into and enjoy the 27" stereo TV with cable, a stereo receiver, and also a CD system. For your pleasure, we have also provided the unit with a CD and film library.
	There is a full size mirrored dresser and ample closet space in the bedroom with a king size mirrored bed wall. The bedroom has mood-lighting as well as a TV and vcr. What a place to relax! All linens are furnished. There is also a laundry facility on site.
	The dining area adjoins the living room. It has a drop-leaf table and will seat 2-4 people.
	The kitchen has an electric stove, microwave, most small appliances, utensils, and table linens. Cooking is a breeze with a fully equipped kitchen.

The condo has phone service for local calls, fax and answering machine available to stay in touch with home or your business. There is a book in the unit that contains useful information covering a variety of topics including area attractions, shopping, restaurants, local contact numbers, FAQ's about Tampa as well as the complete printout from The Tampa Bay Offical Visitors web site, etc.
