Deposit is due with 14 days of the reservation; balance 30 days prior to arrival. Personal checks and travelers checks are currently accepted. We will be accepting major credit cards in the very near future.

Check-In is at 3:00 PM
Check-Out is at 11:00 AM

Cancellation
All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 handling fee.

Maid Service
Maid Service is available for an extra fee for either cleaning and/or laundry of linens. There is also a laundromat on the premises.

Number of Guests
Since this is a one bedroom condo, 2 is the maximum number of adult guests who may occupy this unit. (Sorry, pets and children are not allowed. No exceptions.)
